3D printer glass build plate holder - 4-piece

I purchased a couple of glass build plates for my FlashForge Creator Pro and realized I needed something to hold the glass plate securely while preparing it - like applying Kapton tape or spraying on hair spray. I also required a spot to place a cooled plate after printing, allowing me to switch to another print job with an available plate. This simple tool fulfills both requirements and can be modified for individual needs. This invention works across various applications but can still be tailored if necessary. Creating this object in OpenSCAD marked the beginning of my learning process within the platform and gave a comprehensive overview of its basic concepts. Additionally, I have designed an alternate version of this product, located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:757893 , which is printable in 2 separate components. This alternative version proves more useful for individuals with frequently used build plate dimensions. **Instructions** To assemble the device, you will need to print it in four individual parts - two left-hand units and two right-hand units. Once these components are available, install all-threaded rods (or extremely long bolts) through each part and secure them with nuts (I personally employed cap nuts at one end of each rod and wing nuts at the opposite). After completing this task, add rubber feet to the device's underside for stability. Using multiple lengths of threaded rod allows you to personalize the size of your glass plate holder by adjusting the overall length and/or width to accommodate different sizes.
