3D Printer Glass Bed Clamp
thingiverse
I purchased a custom-cut piece of glass for my 270 mm x 220 mm heated bed. I opted for a more discreet attachment method than the standard paper clip setup. These compact clamps will securely hold the corners of a glass bed to an aluminum substrate. They can handle up to 7 mm of thickness with ease. All you need is an 8 mm x 3 mm cap screw (or Philips) and a 3 mm nut to assemble them. The cap screws are easy to tighten by hand, but be cautious not to overtighten, as this could damage the bed underside. This design allows for quick and effortless removal of your glass bed plate.
