
3D Printer Gear Knob with Fine Tuning Dial

My Anycubic Kossel Pulley 3D Printer has a super-sensitive knob that makes navigating its menu and setting precise temperatures quite annoying at times. To solve this problem, I designed a new knob with an additional dial for fine-tuning adjustments. The design incorporates a reduction gear to slow down the turning process. The parts used in this upgrade may fit together seamlessly, depending on your printer's specifications. In my case, some parts required adhesive to assemble the two halves of the body securely. Additionally, I applied 3M VHB tape to attach the upgraded knob firmly to the printer. For more detailed information, please refer to my video tutorial.
