3D Printer Fume Fan / Duct Coupler 120mm fan to 4-inch duct

I wanted to keep the fumes out of my workshop and wasn't satisfied with the options available, so I decided to try my hand at something more efficient. Currently working on the case I built for my printer. A 120mm fan attaches directly to this unit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009OWRMZ6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. For the exhaust duct, I'm using a hose that fits perfectly: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PQDUA0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. A zip tie or hose clamp securely attaches the duct; however, it may come loose if tugged. This setup works incredibly well!
