This is an extractor system for your 3D printer, utilizing a standard 70x70 by 25mm fan and a common 4 inch dryer vent hose. The primary component of this system is the inline fan holder, which comes with flange plates to interface the hose to various surfaces. I recommend using a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller to adjust the fan speed, allowing you to fine-tune the airflow for optimal results. Printing PLA typically requires full fan power, but for other materials, you may want to reduce the fan speed to maintain a warm chamber environment. The entire kit prints without supports, featuring two halves of the fan housing that clip together seamlessly. To secure the hose in place, zip-ties are required at both ends. Additionally, M3 bolts are necessary for attaching the flanges.
