The manufacturing process begins with mixing materials and loading them into containers for homogeneous distribution to the CNC machine's nozzles. Two types of nozzles are available; one for liquid additive material that solidifies over time, while the other is dedicated to metal powder which is melted layer by layer using a laser. Additive manufacturing faces speed limitations, prompting the adoption of CNC machines instead of robotic arms due to their increased stability and faster production rates. Additionally, incorporating a Z-axis rotational table enhances the CNC's performance by enabling rapid, steady movement at lower costs during the creation of CAD models. Post-manufacturing involves finishing using an automatically changing endmill from the tool tray. Finally, the 3D printed part can be moved and positioned around the manufacturing area with an electric trolley.
