I create a 3D printer dust filter case that can be easily opened for maintenance purposes. I end up designing two versions of it - one requiring a hole and another fully openable. In the end, I opt for the through-hole version but never test the other one despite its printability. Printing this design necessitates supports, yet the through-hole version proves easier to print. The Inge is finished with 1.75 wire filament, which I use naturally. The small box closes securely with a gratifying click sound. Lastly, simply fill the capsule with a hard foam material and it's done - a dust-free filament solution is achieved. Just remember to replace the foam periodically for optimal results.
