Since I have not found a enclosure that would stratify my need on here. I decided to make my own. This is my take on this. The original inside volume is 630x560x600, but you can edit it in the parameters to any size you need, it should hopefully work(In Fusion 360: Modify>Change Parameters). Parts List: Printed: 8x Corner 8x CornerMid 62x Washer 70x Spacer(Part of Washer in Fusion 360 Projekt) 4x Hinges(Modified version of 30x30 Hinge by guppyk https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4783423) 16x Hinge Nut 2x Door Magnet 2x Handel Buy: 5x Walls in desired Dimensions. For the walls I used 2mm thick Polycarbonate( the roof is 4mm because I have normal printer on top, see pictures, can also be 2) 74x Pan Head Screws M4 -10mm 8x Magnets 6x3 mm Assembly: Buy the plates precut or drill and cut yourself. For drilling the corners there are helpers: one for the front and back, one for roof and two for the side walls, they are not symmetric(be careful to use the right one), No. 1 is for right wall front top corner and left wall front bottom corner, No. 2 for right wall front bottom and left wall front top, then use diagonally(see CAD files for clarity). Use Door Helpers to draw straight lines for cutting on the front wall. Print all the Parts. Print in given orientation. You can print the Washers and Spacers as one piece but I recommend Printing separately. When assembling be careful not to overtighten the screws and break them loose. The magnets need to be inlayed in to the Door Magnet Print. The other magnets I suggest gluing to the doors. There are some other Objects in the Project: Pi Holder(probably only suitable for my Pi) you can modify it to your needs Roof Holder(put on printer to support the roof) Hopefully my Project can be useful for someone.
