3D Printer Electronics Enclosure

3D Printer Electronics Enclosure

I flipped this fantastic design on its side because I required an enclosure to hold all my 3D Printer parts within something more cohesive and still able to accommodate an ATX Power Supply. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. The slight modifications enable me to stack as many of these modules as desired. This system will hold a C3D Remix board as well as a custom ATX power breakout and breakout board that allows me to run a ribbon cable from the printer to this box rather than the plethora of wires we normally see. In these images, you can observe that I am testing a fit for a 7" touchscreen which I will pair either with a RasPi Octoprint rig or a stick PC. Ultimately, all the printer's control components would be housed in this enclosure. The power supply is a 450W unit, but you can install any standard ATX type supply here.
