3D Printer Cutter Tool

Originally, I envisioned crafting a tool so that my 3D printer could precision-cut with a Cricut blade. Subsequently, I pondered, "Why not economize and utilize an X-Acto knife blade instead?" Consequently, this utilizes that for the blade as well as features adjustable cutting pressure and a built-in contact sensor. The mounting plate is designed for a Rostock printer but should be quite effortless to adapt to another platform. This can also be found on my projects blog, here: https://theheadlesssourceman.wordpress.com/2016/03/17/3d-printer-cutter-tool/ Instructions Status: Currently all parts print successfully but nearly all tolerances are excessively tight necessitating substantial trimming/sanding/drilling. The main bolt can also pivot resulting in inaccurate cuts. Finally, I have not yet fine-tuned the code to enable the sensor to function. Parts Required: 1ea 1/4" Bolt 2ea 1/4" flat washer 2ea 1/4" Nuts 1ea Spring 1ea Crimp connector, 1/4" dia hole 1ea Crimp connector 3mm dia hole 2ea 2mm dia large-head screws Construction: Print the plastics. Assemble as shown in the pictures. Use the two nuts to adjust cutting pressure.
