3D Printer Camera Mount

<p>This mount uses my remixed 2020 twist-lock mounts and a remix of the camera mount designed by HenryS to put a camera on a 3D printer such as my Ender 5 Plus.</p><p>The “head” part prints fine without supports as modeled. &nbsp;The base should be printed sideways, as modeled, with tree supports touching buildplate. &nbsp;The pin is tricky; I've had best results turning it upside down and printing it with tree supports touching buildplate. &nbsp;All models print fine at 0.2 layer height.</p><p>I've expanded the holes in the flex joint to accept M6 and ¼-20 screws for convenience. &nbsp;The knob I'm using in the photo to retain the camera is this one by Frugal Shave:</p><p><a href="https://www.printables.com/model/197141-1-diameter-knurled-knob-for-14x20-nuts-and-bolts">https://www.printables.com/model/197141-1-diameter-knurled-knob-for-14x20-nuts-and-bolts</a></p><p>but any knob that works with a ¼-20 bolt would work, or you could make a permanent installation if you prefer.</p><p>Finally, the phone holder in the photo is the one by jakejake here:</p><p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2423960">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2423960</a></p><p>using the redesigned threaded section here:</p><p><a href="https://www.printables.com/model/201088-universal-phone-tripod-mount-normal-thickness-nut-">https://www.printables.com/model/201088-universal-phone-tripod-mount-normal-thickness-nut-</a></p><p>… i think that's everything. gah.</p>
