Submission for the Microsoft 3D Builder Test Model Challenge: An Uncompromising Design Pushing Limits. I engineered a design that combines as many options from the Judging section as possible, infused it with exciting features and ensured a build time under 60 minutes. Here is my creation. To break it down, I crafted ramps, horizontal holes, flat planar surfaces, internal and external embossing of text on vertical and horizontal sections, curves, straight parts, walls, slots and bridges. Key Specifications: Print Volume: approximately 12.2 cubic centimeters Print Settings: • Layer height: 0.2 • Infill density: 20% • Print speed: 50 millimeters per second Estimated Build Time: around one hour Weight: about 12 grams Additional Features: 1) A secure storage compartment for a USB stick measuring 13mm by 5.5mm is integrated into the design. 2) A precision-engineered ramp with walls allows you to roll a penny, serving as an easy quality control measure. This design ensures accuracy with its 2.5mm height, roughly matching a standard penny's 1.5mm width. The adjacent walls are precisely crafted at 10mm in height, equalling half the penny's size. To gain a comprehensive understanding of print time, I uploaded my model into CURA. Despite lacking access to a printer, which limits my ability to share visual evidence until Monday afternoon after submission closes, I intend to manufacture and share photographs showcasing the model's functionality.
