Created a SketchUp matrix for optimizing B9Creator DLP 3D printer settings, such as resin mixing, color addition, and projector calibration. The small, fast print (4-5 minutes) features compact coded hints to remember specific aspects. Cylinder diameters range from 1mm to 0.1mm, tube hole diameters are also adjustable, and cylinder large variations include height increments starting at 3mm and diameter increments of 0.1mm. Cubes have adjustable heights, distances between features, and widths with increments of 0.05mm, 0.1mm, and 0.1mm respectively. Wall thickness varies from 1mm to 0.05mm by increments of 0.05mm, while the comb feature adjusts wall thickness and space between features and angles by increments of 0.1mm and 5°. This matrix helps determine the right parameters for critical dimensions by examining specific sections, like thin walls or channels, and adjusting printing parameters accordingly before printing the desired object.
