3D printer Calibration Grid

I tried several times to get my printer's bed perfectly level but came up short every time. So, I devised a straightforward solution: a cross-check plan to print. This simple test involves printing one layer at a 2mm height and inspecting the result for high or low spots on the bed. Sometimes it helps to rotate the X-axis by 90 degrees so the test bed sits flat on its surface. Don't forget to set the Z-axis to 0 as well. The photo shows my setup on an oversized board, measuring 200x200mm. However, feel free to resize the design to suit any board size - I originally designed it for a 140x140 board. Perhaps this hack will help you solve your printer calibration woes.
