<p>"Tight" can be all over the place depending on who's doing the tightening.<br>I made this tool to help you get your 2mm belts close and consistent. I am using it on a Prusa mk3, but it will work with other printers if using the same type and size belts.<br>This should help you get the belt tension on a mk3 and mk3s somewhere between the 240-300 that's recommended.</p><p>Heres the how to video.<br><a href="https://rumble.com/vf89et-3d-printer-belt-tensioning-tool.html">https://rumble.com/vf89et-3d-printer-belt-tensioning-tool.html</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I used Prusament PETG, but I think any PETG should be close enough.</p><p>Print with 3 perimeter and 100% rectilinear infill.</p><p>(See picture) the "arms" should only have perimeters.</p>
