3D printer and CNC mill enclosure

Hey guys, This is my take on the popular 3D printer enclosure using two Ikea Lack tables. I'm building it to house a CNC 3020T mill from Ebay, which I'll use to manufacture PCBs in-house. Since fiberglass and copper particles are hazardous to my lungs, I needed an enclosure to contain them. This was the result. The Wanhao i3 below the CNC will also be enclosed using these files once I get another sheet of "sunlite" acrylic for the sides – I messed up measuring it earlier. Print Settings Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 15% Notes: Easy prints Post-Printing Things you need to print: Door trim x2 = 2 Fan support = 1 Gasket for stepper = 1 Vacuum connection = 1 Top_and_bot_bracket = 18 LED strip holder = 6 Bracket for enclosure = 4 85mm edge = 2 Door dust ramp = 6 Sides x2 = 18 Handle = 1 Fan guard = 1 Light switch = 1 Bill of materials On top of the previously mentioned printed parts, you'll also need: Screws: 200 (per section ie top enclosure or bottom enclosure) – 6G x 16mm Screws: 50 (per section ie top enclosure or bottom enclosure) – 6G x 30mm Hinges per section: 2 Sealant to secure and seal the polycarb sheeting to the ABS. 8mm thick wall sections. I used sunlite poly-carbonate sheeting, but you could use any material from MDF to acrylic.
