Constructed from 3mm thick T6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the plate's substantial thickness ensures it remains flat and twist-free throughout its building area, allowing for secure first-layer adhesion. Countersunk mounting screws are used to prevent hot ends from colliding with screws and sustaining damage. The plate can be machined from either 3mm or 1/8" thick aluminum sheeting.
