3D printer accuracy test
thingiverse
A compatible remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3108748 is required to test the accuracy of your printer, possibly after reading the comments there. This design should serve as a good test for 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 nozzles. The square dots and lines originate from diameter 0.4mm up to 2.0mm in 0.4mm increments (from left to right). All distances between them are multiples of 0.4mm, with all elements aligned at multiples of 0.4mm. The bottom features a thickness of 0.6mm. A solution for printing the 0.4 fields (the left ones) with a 0.4 nozzle remains elusive; maybe it is not feasible.
