3D Printer Accuracy Block Test
thingiverse
Hi, I designed these 3D blocks to test the precision of my 3D printer. My goal is to print all the components using your preferred settings on your 3D printer. Once the parts are printed, you simply stack one block after another in the block with the cutout and observe which block fits. For example, if the 7mm and 6.8mm blocks don't fit but the 6.6mm block fits perfectly, I know that my printer (with my settings) adds 0.4mm "too much" to the parts - or 0.2mm on each side. The number on the blocks represents the width on both sides. The height is 7mm and the text depth is 2mm.
