Update: I have successfully modified the X carriage to regain the lost bearing due to space limitations. Rather than updating this design, I've decided to create a new one that accurately reflects the new layout. This revised version remains compatible with the DualHotends Mount I've designed for SCOUTcorexy (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1487375). This is a WIP X Carriage that implements an internal belt gripping system and enhances it with a simple yet effective belt tensioning mechanism, achieving a balanced tension that many CoreXY printers lack. It utilizes F698ZZ bearings for both XY and Z subsystems' belt routing. Note: Run this model through a STL cleaning service like netfabb to ensure optimal performance. Check out the design on Sketchfab here: http://is.gd/ssdbmH I redesigned the Smartrapcore-compatible X carriage because, in my 3D printer build, I couldn't find space for a belt tensioning mechanism. To minimize weight, I opted against adding more bolts and nuts, but it resulted in a sturdier design due to the printed holes. As I haven't printed this version yet, I suspect some tweaking might be necessary to achieve smooth sliding performance.
