This demonstration highlights the pause feature on a MakerBot Replicator 3D printer. It shows how to insert a small plastic sphere, or whistle pea, into a 3D-printed whistle before sealing it. The whistle design is based on Zaggo's popular model from Thingiverse. To follow the process, watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4QTAXEQEBs. Load the STL file into your 3D-printer software, pause printing when the pea is complete, insert it inside the whistle body, then resume 3D-printing to finish and enclose the pea. Enjoy your new whistle!
