3D Printed Truss Bridge
thingiverse
All components are printed with an infill of 35% to achieve a lightweight yet incredibly strong bridge design. Individual parts can be accessed for reprinting if needed, or you can print the last two files containing multiple members to produce all necessary components simultaneously. The bridge weighs approximately 25g without the weight contribution from its 11 metal joints, and it has been successfully tested with a load of 37.2g, resulting in an impressive load-to-weight ratio of 1312.
