3D printed teleprompter with NATO rail mount V1
thingiverse
This is my inaugural release of a 3D printed teleprompter equipped with a NATO rail mount that functions seamlessly alongside phones and compact tablets. I'm utilizing a Smallrig articulating 11-inch arm on my camera rig to securely position it in front of the lens, making it effortless to swap lenses or adjust the teleprompter's orientation as needed. A removable top lid effectively blocks stray light from reaching the glass pane, thus minimizing reflections and preventing unwanted illumination from entering the glass. Upcoming video documentation will provide a comprehensive visual overview of this innovative teleprompter. To accommodate the mounts, the glass pane should measure precisely 15x21cm in size. A maximum thickness of 2mm is recommended for optimal performance. I'm concurrently working on a larger version designed to support an 18x24cm glass pane, which will be posted here within the coming weeks.
