3D printed Sunglasses (for use with Polaroid PLD D343 807 glasses)

I broke my sunglasses and I wanted to order a new frame, because the glasses itself had some diopter, but unfortanely mr.spex doesnt sell them anymore... So I tried my best and made a model. Its for use with the Polaroid PLD D343 807 glasses.
As a hinge I used some 1,6 x 30 mm Nails (DIN1151) Nails I had laying around and trimmed them with a side cutter. But I think you can also use some 1,75mm filament and melt it on the ends.
But I attatched the fusion360 file, so you can make it fit your glasses. Just edit the first sketch at the "Gestell" component.
Maybe you have to edit the sketches of the sweepings, too. I had some problems with them... :D

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anet

Printer:

A8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0,15

Infill:

25%

Filament:
[

Formfutura CarbonFil ](http://www.amazon.com/s?url=search-alias&field-keywords=Formfutura+CarbonFil&tag=thingiverse09-20) Black Post-Printing

Cutting edges

I had to cut the edges, that it`s more comfortable for your nose

Bend the frame

Maybe you have to bend the frame.
