Have you gone completely haywire? Why not simply print new marbles? I was trying to 3D print a sphere to replace lost marbles for a 3D printed ball launcher that I was working on... ended up with this... no more lost marbles, thankfully. Materials used in the build include: #4-40 x 1" machine screws, round head, steel Filament used: http://shop.prusa3d.com/en/filament/46-silver-pla-filament-1kg.html 3D Printed Sphere Ball Marble on ORIGINAL PRUSA i3 MK2 Printing Notes Extruder Temperature: 208 C has proven to be the best setting, using a heat bed at 60 C, from low quality prints to high quality prints. Once the filament was about two months old, I had to increase the temperature to 210 C and speed up my prints to 112% of the original speed to eliminate stringy printing.
