STOP: Additional details on my Instructables (https://www.instructables.com/id/Awesome-Greenhouse-With-Automatic-Watering-Interne/) reveal some key limitations. When used solely on an analog pin, this setup falls short of expectations. To avoid potential damage to the water/soil, I strongly advise switching to a more advanced (capacitive?) sensor. These designs were created for my IOT greenhouse project. To enhance performance, simply insert copper wire and wrap it around the tops. Secure the wire in place using hot glue. Be aware that the wire may corrode over time. I developed these models in Fusion 360. Filament used: Redline PLA
