3D printed snow skis for RC planes
thingiverse
Skis printed in 3D that can be used on remote-controlled planes to soar through the snow. Successfully tested on a tail dragger, but should also work for three-wheeled model aircraft. Multiple options are available, including skis with and without directional grooves as well as two different axle blocks based on the length of the axle needed. A few small screws (such as 9g servo mounting screws) and rubber bands will also be required. The holes may need to be enlarged depending on the size of the axle and screws used. The files attached are only for the left ski, so you'll need to mirror them in your slicer software to create a complete set of parts. A full assembly guide is planned to be posted on Flitetest.com.
