3D Printed Riser feet (for IKEA PS cabinet)
prusaprinters

I have an IKEA PS Cabinet in my office. It's a neat and simple cabinet but it's just a few millimetres too low for a particular storage box to fit underneath it so I'm constantly tripping over that one!

I knocked up a quick design for some little riser feet in Fusion 360, which fit underneath the cabinet's factory feet and lift it5mm further from the floor.

The riser feet have a 3mm recess at the top for the existing cabinet feet to sit into. I've allowed 0.5mm at each edge to make it easy for the cabinet fit to sit into the risers. You could reduce this further to have a snug fit.

Print instructions

I printed one riser first to test the fit and it took about 15 minutes of print time, and then another printed the remaining 3 simultaneously at a 30 minute total print time. The attached gcode is for the second print, so the actual time will be a little longer.

Printer settings were default presets for the MK3S in PrusaSlicer.
