Here's a quick prototype I designed for a glider in the SAE Aero Design competition. The wing is too heavy but very strong!The wing is in 4 parts that you print flat. I used 1/8in carbon rods in the middle and glued everything with CA glue. I wrapped everything in Monokote shrink membrane.I used SolidWorks 2019 student editionEnjoy!
