3d printed rc car chassis 1.6

A 3D-printed RC car chassis, designed using Creo Elements Express V4, is being utilized for a Volvo C30 model with an impressive 12° caster angle for better directional stability. Printing gears in nylon improves their durability as compared to ABS gears that only last a few runs. More details on the chassis can be found at http://www.muellerr.ch/rc-car-chassis-16/. The model lacks reflection symmetric parts due to Creo Elements Express' 60 part limit per file, and unfortunately cannot be loaded into the full version of the software. As a result, it is continually being revised for enhanced robustness whenever components fail. Camber is fixed at around 3°, while wheel alignment on the rear axle remains unchangeable, set at 3° (toe in). A video demonstration can be viewed at http://youtu.be/v0asU2l1kwU.
