3D Printed Ratchet Screwdriver
pinshape
I created this 3D printed screwdriver because I wanted to make an object that is beautiful, simple yet also functional. I also wanted it to be printed in one piece, which is a significant advantage of 3D printing. The object becomes more solid when made in one piece, and you don't need to assemble it. This screwdriver is not just any ordinary screwdriver; it's a Ratchet Screwdriver designed to make screwing and unscrewing screws quickly and easily. To use this screwdriver, simply put the bit on top if you want to screw, or on bottom if you want to unscrew. It's a simple and effective way to get the job done. You can find a video tutorial on how to use this screwdriver at https://vimeo.com/213850158. To design this object, I used Fusion 360 software, which I've been using for a short time now. Modeling the screwdriver with its mechanism was a challenge, but Fusion 360 proved to be very intuitive and easy to use, even for someone like me who's still learning. If you want to modify this design or make it your own, you can download the Fusion files from the links below: Screwdriver drawing: http://a360.co/2oUKRnH Screwdriver model: http://a360.co/2pfNDoq I printed this screwdriver using my K8200 printer and generated the G-code with Cura. Here are the print settings I used: Bottom/Top thickness: 0.5mm Fill Density: 20% Platform adhesion type: Raft (not necessary) Support type: No support needed Material: Use PLA or ABS By the way, I'm just 16 years old and speak French as my native language, so excuse me if I made any mistakes in this text.
