3D Printed Quadcopter

This is a blueprint for a 3D printed FPV quadcopter. The diagonal spans approximately 250mm. It can be fabricated on a large format printer, or in four sections on a small printer. I constructed it using the latter. The framework is created upside down. I've tested with PLA 100% infill and found it to fly exceptionally well. Frame weight is roughly 100 grams. Utilizing Nylon or ABS, coupled with 50% infill, you could reduce the weight to approximately 70-80 grams. If you print individual sections on PLA, you can bond them together using a 3D pen at the seams. It features 14mm motor mounts and includes routing for ESC cables, as well as a central housing for electronics. For further details and images, visit my blog post https://wp.me/p7Z6LB-ui
