These 3D printed pressurized container has been designed to transport CTB from Earth to the Moon. The container consists of three main structures: a printed tubular body, two sealing caps that also contain temperature and pressure control hardware, multi-layer insulation to protect the container from the sun and space.The tubular body has been optimized for the material use and structural needs, and each tube can be filled with air, water, or other gases to serve as a micro container. The container can be printed using materials such as titanium or Zirconia toughened alumina, depending on recycling goals on the Moon.Thanks to its lightweight structure (weighing only 1/3 as much on the Moon compared to Earth), the container can be repurposed for use as machinery, structural beams, or for transporting water, oxygen, fluids, or electronics components through the walls of the tubes, depending on the intended use.
