3D Printed Pipe Organ
myminifactory
I constructed this organ using a combination of 3D printing and traditional materials. The printed parts are supplemented with wood, felt, PVC pipes measuring 25mm in diameter, M3 screws, wooden screws, wood glue, steel wire with a thickness of 0.8mm, toothpicks, and small rubber bands to act as valves. A 500-sized RC car motor provides the necessary airflow, but I recommend using bellows instead for a quieter operation. The other components can be understood by studying the photos and exercising common sense.
