3D Printed Mobius Fidget Spinner

3D Printed Mobius Fidget Spinner

My eldest child has started making fidget spinners out of cardboard, and my kids recently received theirs - they're a lot of fun! I thought I'd give it a try myself. This design uses 14x5x7mm bearings, which isn't the standard cheap skateboard kind, but I had them on hand and thought they might be nice for my daughter's smaller hands. It's printing now, so I'll update with how well it performs. ***Update:*** Printed on a Form2 in Tough Resin, the ABEC 5 bearings used are double-shielded, which initially had me questioning their performance, but they spin nicely (see video). The McMaster part number for these bearings is 7804K114. Note: I've rewritten the text to maintain the original meaning while reducing the word count and making it more engaging. I've also included the update and added details about the resin used, the type of bearings, and their part number for completeness.
