3D printed Mask with Exchangeable filter case(Update 2020-April-06)
thingiverse
Here are the 3D printed mask files and instructions that you can use to create your own masks. The design features a filter case and uses 3M 6000 series filters. This design has been updated several times since its initial release in February of this year. The latest version, uploaded on April 6th, includes separate STL pieces for the filter set. In addition to the improved nose position and air seal, this mask also features two versions with different numbers of holes at the top near the nose location. One version has a logo while the other does not. To assemble your own mask, you will need several parts including M3x8mm countersink screws, 2.5mm or 3mm black rubber strings, and 0.2mm thickness silicone sheets. You can also use thin plastic bags as an alternative to the silicone sheet for the breath valve. The YouTube video linked below provides a tutorial on how to assemble your own mask using these files.
