3D printed lock
thingiverse
This is a 3D-printed lock featuring four interlocking pins that can be easily printed using the same technology. The design requires additional components, including springs with precise dimensions: four springs above the pins must have a diameter of exactly 5 mm and a length between 15 to 20 mm. If you want to enhance the locking mechanism's stability by springloading the drawer, you will need two larger springs with diameters ranging from 6 to 8 mm and lengths between 10 to 25 mm. Furthermore, four M3 screws and corresponding nuts are essential for assembling the lock. Two small holes within the drawer allow for the installation of two 4 mm pins, each measuring 10 mm in length, thereby preventing the drawer from bouncing out of place.
