3D Printed Living Hinge

We were crafting a laser cut box when I designed this hinge and it functioned perfectly. You can use the sketch as a reference and integrate it into your design. I printed it with HCPLA material, but it's likely they will work well on normal PLA too - just keep in mind that ABS is much more brittle, so they probably won't last more than 10 uses or even function at all, also ABS loses its flexibility over time, so stick with PLA. The ones I printed still work great; actually, I use one as my go-to fidget toy and it's been tested over 1000 times, fully bent and still holds up fine.
