3D printed/ laser cutted Hexacopter

Welcome everyone to my multicopter project! It's a DIY design that can be easily assembled with just a 3D printer - although laser cutting is also an option. You have the freedom to choose between a hexacopter or quadcopter, depending on your preference. I am still in the initial stages of the project and it will likely evolve further. The main objective was to create an easy-to-make hexacopter, as I believe multicopters are amazing and should be accessible to everyone. Interestingly, most parts (except for the frame) can also be reused for octo or quadcopter constructions without any modifications. Here is a list of parts you'll need to print: 1. Main plate - Print two of them, but remember to increase the thickness scale by 1.5mm (currently, it's half of what is actually required). I will rectify this soon! 2. Electronic support - Print as many as needed, using a 70*70mm screw hole mark to place all components on the frame. This ensures proper fixing with the ardupilot 2.5 board. 3. Battery support - One of these, designed for Turnigy 3S 4000mAh battery. Feel free to modify it according to your needs and share your file. 4. Motor holder - Print six of these, tightly fitting on the arm to prevent movement. 5. Motor holder plate - Six of these, specifically designed for Turnigy 2830-11 motors with 16 and 19mm motor mount holes. Again, feel free to modify. 6. Arm part 1 & 2 - Print six each (needs infill confirmation). For arm assembly, you'll require 12 M4*15 screws and nuts (nylon for better performance). To attach the arms, you need 12 M4*25 screws and nuts. Electronics and battery attachment necessitates: - Battery straps - M3 screws (length depending on your battery) - Motors fixation requires 4 M310 and 4 M35 per arm (my motors, adjust based on yours). Stay tuned for updates!
