As per a request, these are some of the files used to build my keyboard. The Dactyl Manuform project is here - https://github.com/abstracthat/dactyl-manuform The firmware used is QMK, modified from https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware. The keyboard and keypad both use QMK. My personal fork and specific branch for the 5x5 keypad is here - https://github.com/galorin/qmk_firmware/tree/programmer_25 I have tweaked orientation, print in the shown orientation for best results. No supports are required. The concave Dactyl key may need a brim, everything else just needs a skirt. There is bridging in the concave key, but it is not very far. Test print one before filling your plate to make sure it's acceptable.
