Some parts may be a tight fit if your printers accuracy is not great. I've scaled the gaps up slightly to compensate for that. Print it and let me know how it fits together. Print Settings: Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: Print Speed: 50mm/s Cooling: Depends on material It should take around 1 hour to print all 6 parts. If you want to print the pieces separately, use your Slicer's Object Splitter feature. Assembly: Assemble the puzzle together with care and attention to detail. Identify the various pieces of the puzzle carefully before you begin. How I Designed This Puzzle: This was designed in HeeksCNC. I took precise measurements from an actual wooden puzzle that I own, then modeled it, and sent the STL to my printer.
