I'm working on bringing my vision for a 3D printed headset to life, starting with the inner workings salvaged from a Skullcandy Hesh 3. The original headphone's flimsy design and short-lived strap lifespan within just one year of use made it clear that a complete overhaul was necessary. CA glue failed to provide any lasting solution, so I've designed the components based on a deeper understanding of the Hesh 3's internal mechanics.
