3D printed Guitar
thingiverse
Hello Community, I'm excited to share with you a 3D printed guitar we've brought to life with a skilled Luthier from France. The steps we took are outlined below: We started by creating a 3D model using Autodesk Fusion 360, based on a 2D luthery scheme. Next, we customized the 3D model to our liking. Then, we cut the 3D model into separate parts to fit our printer bed size. After that, we performed post-treatment, including sanding, gluing, painting, and more. We also glued a walnut wood handle onto the guitar. Finally, we wired and mounted the pickups. Now it's time for testing! Please note that strings are missing from the pictures, but I'll post recent photos as soon as possible - our professional guitar player is currently putting the guitar through its paces. Although this first prototype needs improvement in many areas, we're still proud of what we've accomplished so far. I hope you enjoy the pictures! Unfortunately, I won't be sharing the 3D files just yet, as this project is still a work in progress. Feel free to reach out and share your thoughts - we'd love to hear from you.
