3D printed hand launch glider. I recommend sheathing with tracing paper / tissue paper.I used a 5x10x300mm balsa rod as the fuselage. Assembling:Print all the components.Sheathe and glue the rear tail with superglue onto a balsa rod. Insert the 1.1 and 1.2 spars into the center section and glue them. Assemble the structural unit of the wing. Insert the 2.1 and 2.2 spars into the center section and glue them. After, sheathe it.I recommend sheathing the wing console in two parts: one part before the geometric washout of the wing, the other after. This is necessary to avoid the formation of corrugations and waves of the wing skin.Install the assembled wing on the fuselage. To find the CG, you can initially fix the wing with a nylon screed, and then glue it. Glue the nose. After, to change the CG, you can use weights in the nose.Specs:Wingspan - 356mmLength - 310mmWeight - 19gPrinted with Esun PLA filament at 0.1 mm layer resolution.
