3D Printed FPV Quadcopter The Crossfire
thingiverse
Introducing the updated Crossfire quadcopter design, available now at Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:234867). This 3D printed quadcopter is perfect for FPV flying and aerobatics, having been extensively developed and tested over several months with valuable input from the community. The designer will continue to enhance the quadcopter's features and compatibility with interchangeable components across their future tricopter and hexacopter designs. For a smooth flying experience, follow these assembly instructions: 1. Print main body parts (top plate, legs, pad, GoPro case) at 20% infill; arms at 50%. 2. Assemble frame and arms using 8-32 nylon machine screws. 3. Secure a 9g servo to the bottom plate for GoPro tilt adjustment, using a push rod. 4. Add ear plugs or other vibration dampening material between the GoPro case and hinge. 5. Install electronics and balance props on motors for optimal stability. 6. Enjoy your customizable, flying creation! Don't forget to share your feedback and support. For a seamless shopping experience, source most components from Hobbyking, while GetFPV.com offers great electronics options.
