This part was crafted using software MOI 3.0. You can use it to build mini CNC machines, such as drilling machines, plotters, or laser engravers. I built a laser engraver with this design. The working area is 30 x 30 cm for plotter XY or laser engraver units. To assemble the machine, you'll need: 5 aluminium T-slot profiles (20x20 mm), each 400 mm long. 3 Nema 17 - 2 motors for axis Y and one for axis X. 2 rods with a diameter of 8 mm, each 440 mm long, for the Y-axis. 2 rods with a diameter of 8 mm, each 430 mm long, for the X-axis. 8 LM8UU bearings. 1 clone Arduino UNO control board. 3 A4988 stepper drivers. For software, I used GBRL 1.1f. You can find more information on configuration at https://github.com/gnea/grbl/wiki/Grbl-v1.1-Configuration. When building a laser engraver, remember: safety first! Always exercise caution when working with lasers. The laser diode is extremely hazardous to your eyes! Wear goggles that are adequate for the laser's wavelength at all times.
