3D Printed Flexible Tie - modified
thingiverse
Sorry for my english. This is only a modified original by Pehrsona, available at https://www.thingiverse.com/Pehrsona/about. The original design can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3981256. I made several modifications to the original design: 1) I increased the gaps between locks from 0.5mm to 1mm. 2) I also increased the gaps between locks from 0.5mm to 1.25mm, but only for the knot_conector. 3) I changed the chamfer conectors to improve connection. 4) I created a new knot with three versions: a) thinner b) with a hole for a rubber band c) with or without a 3D logo 5) I designed five different lengths. Please note that I don't have a multimaterial printer, so the "3D" text on the tie is actually printed from individual pieces using the simple_conector.stl file. A warning: two versions of the simple_conector.stl files do not connect well, but it's still usable. The logo "3D" on the knot is printed separately and then glued together. EDIT (2.2.2020): I added a new version with two screws for easy exchange: The first screw holds the logo The second screw secures the knot_conector I also designed a version suitable for children
