We're building this engine on Thingiverse, a project designed by EricthePoolboy, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644933. My son and I were facing difficulties sanding down the piston parts to ensure smooth movement. To solve this problem, I created an ID sander that proved helpful. However, my son suggested we design a custom tool specifically for the pistons, which led me back to Tinkercad. After some creative work, we came up with this innovative solution. It works remarkably well and has been tested under various conditions. To further enhance its durability, I printed it with 50% infill and four walls, allowing it to withstand the drill without any issues. We're excited to share our creation with others who may benefit from it.
