3D Printed Electric Skateboard
thingiverse
A lot of people are catching on fast to the idea of an electric skateboard that's just perfect for transportation. It's incredibly light, weighing in at a mere 10 pounds, making it super easy to pick up and carry around. What's more, the battery can be charged and you'll have no problem riding over 10 miles on a single charge. Building one yourself is also surprisingly easy and an absolute blast to ride - this thing can hit top speeds of 37Km/h and give you a whole 17 kilometers of non-stop action on just one charge. If you want to learn more about how to build your own, be sure to check out my instructables at http://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printing-Electric-Skateboard/. You can also catch some awesome footage of it in action on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hovYOkmZX_8. Here are the print settings I used: Printer: XT Rafts: Yes Supports: No Infill: 80% Now that you know all about electric skateboards, get ready to take your transportation game to the next level!
