So, it turns out you can 3D print RIGHT ON CLOTHING! NEAT! I'm super excited for NMS!!! Hello #PRINTERNETS! I designed this No Man's Sky logo shirt by reworking the Atlas and stand created by In3Designs. After a ton of trial and error, I figured out the process! First, you need at least 3 initial layers Next, use low heat settings Then, set your layer height to lower than .25 You'll also need Avery Label Sheets (check out http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Products/Labels/Addressing-Labels/White-Mailing-Labels_05353.htm) Cut a sheet that matches the size of your build plate Attach the sheet to the back side of the cloth Secure the cloth by clipping it down on all 4 corners, making sure it's flat Level your build plate so the nozzle just touches the cloth I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the washing machine (using fabric glue is a good idea) As always, here's the build video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybHYQp4rqzg See you next time!
